Hello from Vienna everybody!
Hi to everyone!
I am from beautiful Vienna in Austria currently working for a "Real Estate Investment" company. Basically we prepare the investments in the residential or commercial sector for our customers and act like a broker. Since our work includes a lot of pre-calculation towards a possible investment i soon became to love these numbers.
Unfortunately the yields in Austria are pretty low since we have a very restricted "max.rent law". This makes it very unattractive to invest. Also the prices are ridiculously high and someone can hardly afford a 2 room apartment. The market in the US is much more interesting as all of you know ;-) which is why I am currently saving everything possible to start investing in the US.
At biggerpockets I hope to find future partners/friends and gather valuable information that helps starting a great carrer!
