Hi all,

My name is Anthony Cole, first time home owner for the past almost three years. I was tired of renting year after year and moving every year until we found something we liked. By we, I mean my wife, newborn son, and our German Shepard. I currently wake up way too early to work as an aircraft mechanic and I am itching to progress into some buy and hold property investment. I hope to acquire enough properties to supplement enough pay in rental income to leave my job to pursue flipping options or further rental possibilities. My worry is that I will work myself to death and never get to see my son grow due to the hours I work now and I am confident that real estate can provide another avenue to make sure that I can spend the time with my son that he deserves. Family is important to me. Thanks to my interest in controlling my personal finances I was lucky enough to hear Josh on the Stacking Benjamins podcast and I found my way over to BP. I have enjoyed many of the BP podcasts and have started to read the blogs on the site and here I am introducing myself to get to know the fellow BP family. I look forward to increasing my knowledge and getting my hands dirty with real estate investing!
