Hey Guys! My name is Marc from Jacksonville Florida.  I've been in the business as a project manager for years and am moving into my own business wholesaling and flipping houses locally.  I consider myself in expert at the physical aspect of the flip, it's what I've been doing for other people for a long time and now it's OUR time!  I really love the positive impact that I've been able to have on my community and look forward to continually making our communities better as well as being able to make some money!  I've been using Bigger Pockets resources for a while and I think it's time I started being a contributor as well!
