Hey Guys! My name is Marc from Jacksonville Florida. I've been in the business as a project manager for years and am moving into my own business wholesaling and flipping houses locally. I consider myself in expert at the physical aspect of the flip, it's what I've been doing for other people for a long time and now it's OUR time!
