Hi!

I'm Darella from Cleveland, Ohio.  My friends call me Dee.

I own and operate a Pro Se Coaching & Training service here in Cleveland and have enjoyed it for about 14 years now.  Having worked in the real estate appraisal space, I'm now interested in learning how to wholesale properties so that I reach my goal  of brokering 5 deal a month.  I figure it should take me about a year to achieve that goal.  I actually just learned about biggerpockets.com a few days ago on Youtube.  Amazing!  I feel like I'm in the right place.

This is a really cool site and I look forward to meeting a lot of really cool people.
