Hi guys! My name is Ingrid Flores and i just recently got interest in joining the real estate investing business! so happy i found this website! looking forward to gaining as much knowledge from you guys before i do my first deal!! I have no experience in the real estate industry so i'm kinda scare of even attempting to push my first deal! but what I've learn so far from reading all the blogs and post is to not let fear win!! so throw all the advice over to me please!!!! =)
