New Investor Virginia Area
Greetings BP,
I'm a new investor in Virginia. I am an attorney working in criminal litigation, prosecution, but I also have experience with landlord tenant law and real estate law. I had a realtors licenses in Kansas, briefly, that I got for fun while in law school.
I am interested in rehabing houses, specifically houses picked up in foreclosure or part of estate sales. I have access to some hard money and am looking for opportunities to buy. Right now I am beginning to assemble a team and am looking for a good real estate agent that can help find properties.
