New Member here from North Jersey
Hey guys, figured I'd take a moment to introduce myself here. I stumbled upon this website recently while trying to do a little research on real estate investing. I'm mostly interested in flips and rentals but I am still exploring other facets. I'm 25 and work in the architecture/engineering industry. My goal is to gain the knowledge and confidence needed to really get started and on the right path. I look forward to learning and hearing about other people's experiences.
