Hey Everyone! New member here from Canada's Capital. Excited to be here! Attended a few seminars in the past and just finished a 3-day workshop today actually haha. I did not sign up for the class they were upselling/marketing. However, my mind is racing with the possibilities covered regarding all the different revenue streams!
My primary interest is passive income, buy/hold and rehabs. Wholesaling and creative financing sound amazing right now too. I have a primary residence currently and am looking to acquire a second one by April next year. It would be an exercise to put some of the knowledge to action! Looking to snowball that and diversify as I go along. Woulding mind business stateside too!
I am also looking for local investors to network over coffee and get excited about making all kinds of gains!
