I am a new member from Spokane,WA. I am looking for guidance in all aspects of real estate, I have been doing non stop research on wholesaling property. I figured I would start with wholesaling due to not having a lot of money to buy my first fix and flip. I am looking for local investors that don't mind helping a "newbe" out. I am looking for someone to shadow to learn how to wright up contracts and negotiate with sellers/buyers. I am also looking for advice on how to aprase property's for damages.
