Licensed in Dec 89; did 16 deals in 16 months without a car; closed 100% of listing appointments; sold 100% of listing; closed 100% of escrows; went into residential apartment management when interest rates reached 22%; retired in 2005 with 7 rental properties of our own; lost some in the downturn. Reinstated license Jun 14; started own brokerage (had to hire a broker until I qualify to get broker's license here).
