New to BP! Wanted to say HELLO!
Hello all!
My name is Shana and I am from Chicago. I am new to the BP community. I have a great interest in becoming a REI but I currently do not have experience in the field. I have currently been reading many books on the topic as well as reading forums and watching webinars. I am interested in beginning my journey but I am a bit nervous and I am not currently acquainted with anyone in the field.
As of now, I have an interest in renting multi family units as well as flipping houses.
Any words of encouragement and/or advice to someone just starting out would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to learn a lot and very open to new ideas. I would like to become a very successful REI.
