Hello,
My wife and I did well on our first flip, but are mostly interested in buying and holding a combination of SF houses and multifamily units in and around Kalamazoo. We've done some property management for family in the past and have just started the investment journey ourselves! Pretty fun stuff so far. BP has been a huge source of information so far!
