My name is Alex Cubias and I am a fix and flip investor looking to learn from the awesome resources this site provides.

I have previous experience working on fix and flips working with investors in the past, but now I am looking to do so on my own with my business partner.

I would love to flip in the San Fernando Valley area of southern california, however, capital constraints are making it difficult at the moment. We are currently looking in parts of Arizona, Arkansas, and Ohio, so i’d love to meet connect with people in the area.
