Good Evening Fellow BPers!

My name is Ciara and I am from Ohio. I've been toying with the idea and very excited to take the plunge into REI. I'm considering starting with buying and flipping and potentially rental properties. My mind is open and I'm ready and willing to receive any tip, tricks and advice to being successful in this field.
