From SF, CA | Invests in Memphis, TN

Hi everyone!

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am 26, married, and have a one-year old daughter. I am self employed and have been for 5 years now. Instead of trying to get a loan from a bank, I decided to pay cash in Memphis, TN. I have three rentals there, two SFR & one duplex. I have also done a 3 year live-in flip here in CA, learned a bunch, made a bunch.

I have been listening to the BP podcast for years off and on. I have always been so busy with offline businesses that I never thought I had the time to dive into real estate full time. I have decided it's time to get my hands dirty and start building my wealth.

Short term goal: $100k/yr cash flow

Long term goal: $1m/yr cash flow

I look forward to learning here in the forums and helping however I can.
