Hey everyone, my name is Cliff Parchmon. I am a Tampa native eager to start investing in real estate investing. I am interested in both fix and flip as well as rental properties. I am married with 3 beautiful children and they are why I am getting into real estate.  I want to leave a legacy for my children.
