Hello,

I'm Steve, a moderately experienced investor from Vancouver BC, Canada. Previously I have done some buy and holds, one major rehab in Phoenix and a complete build in Edmonton. I'm transitioning from being a part time investor to a full time investor and will be focussed on flipping until I master that skill. It will be great to meet like minded folks and I expect I'll learn a lot from all of you.

Welcome to BP! I'm a house flipper in calgary, definitely expensive but not impossible. Im curious about the states and other markets it has been hard to find deals here in the past, but that is changing now with oil prices. Would love to hear about how you went about investing outside your market.
