Hello everyone. I'm a financial advisor with zero experience in real estate. My goals are to eventually build a portfolio of income producing rentals to provide a great life and legacy for my family. I'm also interested in flips and possibly wholesaling but don't know enough yet about either to attempt. I found BP recently and love the site! Any advice to a brand new potential investor would be greatly appreciated!
