Hello,

I am an executive at a company in Lancaster County, PA. I have always been interested in real estate investing and have disposable income, as well as investment income. Until recently, I haven't had the opportunity to seriously pursue this passion. Like many new investors, I am overwhelmed by the vast amounts of opportunities, but see this as a GREAT opportunity.
