Hello,

My name is Zach, I am just getting started and looking to invest in multi family properties. My main market will be the greater Milwaukee area. I have read a few books, listen to a few podcasts, and want to get started. I have a lot of questions, and will look around BP for some answers. I am also looking for a mentor or someone to help me through my first deal, even if it's not local. I have a few emails and phone calls out about specific properties, but need help knowing when and how to take the next steps.
