Good evening. I'm new to this site. I own 2 properties of which I have rehabbed completely from top to bottom. I have most of this work along with a very close friend of mine who is an engineer and also hiring contractors for the jobs that are out of our scope. We are looking to meet with some investors willing to work with us and make money.
