New found interest in real estate.
Greeting,
My name is Lee. Over the past year I have been moving forward toward purchasing my first home. I am single with no kids and I will be making this purchase alone. I am a electrical contractor by profession as well as a city inspector. I became interested in real estate investing because I rather invest in my first property and make a profit and build a business instead of just paying a 15-30 year mortgage(bill). I believe I can accomplish this with a little direction and input from one who is familiar with this venture. My trade licenses should also help a bit, and I'm currently preparing to attain my mechanical contracting license(HVAC) also.
I have watched a few Biggerpockets podcast on youtube and I look forward to meeting some amazing business men and women on this site.
