New to the real estate industry
My name is Dan I'm interested in starting flipping houses & working my up to owning vacation rental property. I live in central Texas. Have been electrician for the past 36yrs I'm knowledgeable in most areas of construction. I Would be doing most of the sweat equity in the investments.
