Hello Bigger Pockets community. I am an investor/real estate agent in Coastal Virginia and Wise County. I look forward to networking and learning. If you are not familiar with Wise County check it out.  There is an upcoming college and it could potentially be a great destination area. Real estate prices are low and rentals are profitable.
