Hello, my name is Jordan Moran and I am currently a senior at Clemson University and am set to graduate in May of 2016. I am studying Construction Science and Management and have accepted a job offer to work with Holder Construction. I have been interested in real estate ever since I was little when my parents went through the process of designing and building their own home. I have spent my entire college career learning about construction and that industry but I have never wanted that to be my only job/career. I want to be my own boss and secure, for myself, a future income that I can rely on. I am at the very beginning stages of learning about real estate investing, so that is why I am here. I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Pod-casts and reading Rich Dad Poor Dad so I think I am setting a solid foundation for myself.

I want to learn everything I can so I can hopefully break in to this industry after I graduate.
