I am already an investor in over 1 million in commercial and residential real state. I am still looking for more but all I have bought are through mostly conventional loans. I am looking for other options to help me continue on my quest for financial freedom through real estate. I have flipped a couple but primarily I have rentals. I am part owner in a successful fireworks business and was doing drafting and design in the civil engineering field in the corporate world and private sector as an independent contractor. My goal is to be - like I said - Financially free from smart investing, and am looking for all the help and advice that I can get.
