Hi all! Started learning about wholesaling real estate in the past couple of months and trying to learn all I can without becoming overwhelmed. Hoping to pull the trigger and do my first deal before the end of the year and looking forward to getting great information on real estate investing in general from this site! Next I'll join the local REIA... hoping to meet some awesome and like-minded people in the process of amassing my fortune!
