Hello. I've been reading the articles and listening to the podcasts for a few months. Now I'm looking forward to reading the forums.

My wife and I want to get started in multi-family buy and holds. We've been meeting people, buulding up a team and looking for our first deal. The articles and podcasts have been very helpful.
