New to BP looking for investors

I know its probably a long shot with internet connections but I know I can learn a thing or two here. I am located in Northeast Ohio and am looking to get involved in the fix and flip market. I would like to meet local investors to partner with to pursue this endeavor.

As far as experience is concerned I have a construction background and would be able to do most of the work myself. I work full time as a law enforcement officer and would like to give my family a better future.

Any advice is welcome and I look forward to hearing from any and all.
