Investor in Truckee/Reno
Recently relocated from Salt Lake City and originally from the Sacramento area, my wife and I are new to the Truckee/ Reno area and are interested in lease options. We're also looking to establish residency in Nevada by master lease optioning a multi unit property. I'm a pilot by profession and we have have a business investing in real estate.
