Hello my name is James Middleton and I live in Jersey City, NJ. I am brand new and am looking to purchase a Multi-Family property and get an FHA Loan and qualify for the 203k loan. After my initial purchase I would like to purchase a property at least once a year. I'm interested in nearby counties (Hudson, Essex, Bergen and Union). I'm open to suggestions as I have just begun.
