Good afternoon. I'm a 34-year-old from outside of Philadelphia looking to start investing in Southeastern PA. If there's anything I can ever do to help you, let me know, as i will definitely seek council and advice from you guys. I plan to start trying to put together some wholesale deals in the near future so and advice on getting those first couple deals done will be happily received.
