Investor from Florida
My wife and I are an elderly couple who have been real estate investors for the past 40 years. We are more or less retired, live in central Florida and own 10 rental properties there. We have an excellent property manager who does virtually all the day to day work. Most of our work, now, is simply keeping tabs on her. My background is in engineering and my wife's is in accounting. We tend to be numbers and analysis people. We aren't done with investing. We just do it slower and more cautiously, now.
