I've always been interested in Real Estate Investing but never quite did anything about it. I know I want to flip at least one house in my lifetime to see if its for me. I don't know if they have duplexes here in south florida like they do in my home state of michigan. I would love to purchase one, live in one unit and rent out the other. My dream is to live 6 months of the year in Michigan and 6 months in Florida. Maybe I can make that dream come true with Real Estate. In part at least.
