I want to flip a home
Hi all, I'm extremely interested in investing on a property. I would love to flip a home and would love to own property to rent. I don't know where to start, and also not sure how much money do I really need to start. As of now I have saved 40K is this enough to start? I live in the NYC area but willing to go anywhere I can to make my savings work.
I'm self employed also as I own a security and surveillance company. I would love to read anyone's advice. Thanks!
