New member from Western Kentucky
Hey everyone. I am an aspiring real estate investor living in Madisonville, Kentucky. Professionally, I work as a pharmacist in Owensboro. My potential investing markets include Madisonville, Owensboro, Bowling Green, Nashville, Louisville, and Lexington.
I am very early in my real estate education. Currently, I have been listening to the podcasts while commuting to work starting with Show 1 and plan on listening to them all. I have been writing down the books in "Famous Four' (high pitched voice) and plan on reading several of them.
My real estate interests include Flipping (rehab and resale) and Buy and Holds (SFH and MF).
I am very excited that a place like BiggerPockets exists to help investors and I look forward to getting to know many of you here in the forums and at meetups.
