I am excited to be here and see the types of investments coming into the market and how to gain more profitability by not only holding property but by reselling it.
As an investor myself we have 3 rental properties that we have decided to hold long term. We resold one at one point for a small profit but the money did not outweigh the time so we let that venture fall flat.
We work in and around the Jacksonville marketplace.
