Hello,
My wife and I have lived in the city for five years and we're exploring buying a rental. We're going to leverage our house by getting a HELOC and using that for a downpayment. I'm trying to network and learn as much as i can before we pull the trigger. I'm browsing the site and listening to the podcast. I want to try to meet some other like minded folks for questions in the future.
