Rookie on BP

This looks like an awesome community! Found BP through a google search. I listen to Jason Hartman's excellent podcast and am saving up to begin the RE investment process. I recently moved from Texas to Utah and plan to invest out-of-state in markets that make better cash-flow sense.

I'm very new to the RE investing world (my only experience is the last year or so of podcast listening), so I'm open to any tips and advice from the community. Looking forward to being more involved!
