I am so happy to have found Bigger Pockets. I currently own my residential property in New Jersey and also own rental property in VA, which I am very anxiously seeking a private lender and/or vendor needing to close within a few weeks. Thank you so much, in advance, for any suggestions and/or advice you may have.
