Hello, guys.

My name is Jojackson and I’m new to Houston area and to Real Estate investment.

I’m a mechanical engineer, recently transferred from overseas by the company I work for. Although I love what I do for a living and the opportunity my job has given me to establish here in Texas, my main personal goal now is to create enough passive income through real estate to cover my monthly expenses.

I’ve been reading some material for a while here in BP and some books, and I understand there is a lot to learn in order to be successful in this business. Hopefully, I can receive some guidance or recommendations from you guys. It would be greatly appreciated, as you know how difficult it is to start. I was thinking House Hacking can be my way in. Maybe a Duplex or Triplex and occupy one of the units?

Thanks!

Jojackson.
