New member from Utah, moving to Lincoln, NE

I'm getting ready to move to Lincoln, NE from Ogden, UT for graduate school studying nurse anesthesia. I have no experience with real estate but I would like to learn more. Right now, I'm looking for a place to live in Lincoln, trying to figure out how to pay for grad school, and learning what I can about investing so that I will feel more confident in my investments after I graduate. Though I don't feel financially ready to start yet, I look forward to hearing about others' experiences as I plan a future for me and my family.
