Tracey Norris - I've been in real estate my whole life (3rd Generation REALTOR- so there was no way around it) :) (New Braunfels is between San Antonio and Austin).
I am the Broker of my company, and I specialize in property management. My office does leasing/sales and property management. I am heavily involved in NARPM (National Assoc of Residential Property Managers) where I am currently a regional Vice President.
I am here to learn more about why people invest in what and how I can better serve my investors on the property management side. I am happy to share any of my property management knowledge with the group as well.
