Hi All,

I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area and looking to start buying and holding Class B Duplexes and SFR's for long term cash flow. My background is in Accounting and Finance so I spend most days on spreadsheets anyway! Its actually kind of fun :) Looking to connect with like minded folks on BP.
