Hello, my name is Cesar Vega.  I'm a Software Developer turned Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur.

I come from a situation in which I went to college, got a good job, worked a 9-5, and realized I wanted more in life.   More pressing however is that fact that my parents are coming up for retirement.  Unfortunately, Hispanics don't save for retirement and often look to the kids.  In order to relieve the financial stress on me and my siblings, Real Estate seems like the best faucet to find the passive income my parents will require soon
