Multifamily investor from Seattle, WA
Hi, I am interested in multifamily opportunities for buy and hold, specifically apartments between 10 - 40 units, however I am open to other opportunities in multi-family if the numbers work. My preferred location is WA State, but am open to going out of state, if the deal works. I currently own single family rentals and want to get out of property management and into consistent income generating investments. My profession is a residential real estate broker in the Seattle area.
