Intro
This is Oz from Lake Elsinore CA.
I have been a member over a month now and been listening to the podcasts (almost 2 everyday).
Although I am new, the podcasts have given me a good perspective on the whole investing picture and I believe I am almost ready (though one can never be ready enough) to get my hands dirty.
I want to get started with multi family houses and build a small portfolio. Unfortunately, as most can probably relate, I have little to none to begin with but what I learned from the podcasts is that although a bit more difficult it is not impossible.
I am a numbers guy so it will be entertaining for me to punch in the numbers and do the math. I am also good with people and love interacting.
I am horrible at negotiations but I have a secret weapon for that (wifey). Hopefully I will get out of my comfort zone and manage to do it myself too.
I believe that bigger pockets is an amazing source for all investors and feel lucky to be here. In the future (fingers crossed) if I manage to get to the place I am planning, I would love to give back to this community.
