My names Austin, I'm an airport shuttle driver and aspiring real estate millionaire/philanthropist. I haven't done any real estate deals yet. I did own a house for 5 years however and did what you all refer to as house hack. I didn't know what I was doing but still managed to break even when I sold the house last year. I've listened to half the podcasts starting with most recent and working backwards. My goal would be to become a fix and flip master as well as buying and holding multifamily properties. There you have it.
