New Member in Hartford, CT Area
Hi everyone!
My girlfriend and I are getting started and will be closing on our first house-hacking deal in a month! We are both aeronautical engineers working for UTC in the Hartford area . We have plans to move to Denver in a few years so she can grow her career in the space industry and I can get my custom snowboard company off the ground. We want to use REI as a vehicle to get us there!
We're very excited/nervous to close on our first deal, and looking forward to reaping the benefits of investing in real estate! Our goal is to establish about $4000/month from income properties and to have $100k cash on hand before moving to Denver in 3 years. Lofty but doable...
I've been looking through the forums and posting some questions myself and I'd just like to say thank you to everyone! You are all so helpful and having BP as a resource removes any doubt we may have had in our abilities to tackle any issue.
