Introduction from NYC to Buffalo

Hello Everyone,

My name is Qusay and I am from New York City and just moved to Buffalo, NY a few months ago. I worked at a large investment firm in Manhattan for 7 years before venturing out on my own. I am looking to purchase 1-2 doubles per year and would welcome any advice in getting started. I am learning a lot from BP and especially enjoy the podcasts. 

I look forward to meeting other investors on the forums and perhaps some WNY locals who would like to meet up and talk shop.
